Nashville Hot chicken poppers

These bacon wrapped Nashville Hot chicken with pickles are the spicy bite you have been craving! Low carb, delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenders 
  • 8 pickle spears 
  • 8 slices of thin cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of Nashville Hot rub
  • 1 tablespoon of honey 

Instructions

  1. Season chicken tenders with Nashville Hot rub.
  2. Combine 1 seasoned chicken tender with 1 pickle spear and wrap tightly with 1 piece of bacon. 
  3. Place bacon wrapped chicken with pickles on you smoker or oven for an hour at 350°F or until the bacon is crispy to your liking and the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165°F. 
  4. To finish, drizzle honey over each one and a little more Nashville Hot rub.
