The weather is nice and that means it’s grilling season! There’s just something about cooking over the grill that brings out the best in food. Am I right? These 10 summertime grilling recipes are flavor packed and will make you the hero of any bbq or cookout.
1. Coffee crusted ribeye with grilled corn salsa
The deep rich notes of coffee combined with a nice ribeye steak really go amazing together. Pair that with a refreshing corn salsa and you have one of my favorite dishes ever.

2. Grilled buffalo wings with ranch
The crispy grilled chicken paired with buffalo sauce is a match made in heaven. Dunk that in some ranch to cool everything down and now we’re talking.

3. Grilled Cajun shrimp Po boy with remoulade
Anytime I’m craving seafood, one of my go tos is this Cajun grilled shrimp Po Boy with remoulaude. This New Orleans staple features grilled shrimp with cajun seasoning, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and a homemade remoulade sauce on French rolls.

4. Grilled beef galbi (Korean short ribs)
Beef short rib marinated with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, scallions, and Korean pear among other things! It really produces a flavor packed bite and is a must try.

5. Marry me chicken
This marry me chicken recipe will have you saying I DO! With the perfect balance of creamy and savory, this dish is super satisfying and addictive. I start with grilled chicken breast and top it off with a delicious sauce that is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor

6. Buffalo chicken bird dogs
If a hotdog and a chicken tender had a baby you’d get a bird dog! We start with chicken tenders that are seasoned and grilled, then tossed in buffalo sauce. They are topped with cheddar cheese and placed into a hotdog bun with creamy coleslaw and a drizzle of ranch.

7. Grilled Baja shrimp tacos
Grilled Baja shrimp tacos are a great meal to enjoy as spring starts to roll around and you want to enjoy the warm weather and take advantage of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Baja sauce adds so much flavor to these tacos and they are quick and easy to make.

8. Tuscan grilled chicken pasta
This classic Italian dish combines tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich sauce that’s full of herbs, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. It feels like a restaurant quality dish that has tons of flavor but still easy to make at home.

9. Grilled hot honey bbq wings
Bbq sauce, garlic and hot honey are mixed together to create a velvety and rich sauce to toss grilled wings in. This has quickly become one of my favorite recipes and always a crowd favorite around the bbq.

10. Chopped chicken bacon ranch sub
Grilled chicken thighs that are chopped up with fresh ingredients, crispy bacon and a drizzle of ranch to make a feel good sub that is super satisfying.

Yummy. Great food! Thanks
